We're all really nice! And a few people translate anything that the devs say! To avoid the AI problem, try using an earlier map such as the year 1991. The official OMSI forums are useful, but sadly there mostly in German and the devs only speak German.
AUSSIEX OMSI 2 PATCH
There should have been a patch tonight fixing most of the issues. We at the AussieX forum have fixed the AI issue, although we had to rewrite it. OMSI 2 is an appaling quality release overall, and if I could, I'd get my money back. They've also shut down their forums over christmas so I haven't been able to ask for help either. I don't know what that new menu is supposed to do, but it's actually less functional than the old "alt" menu. The UI is as unintuitive and bizarre as ever.
AUSSIEX OMSI 2 FULL
I have yet to be able to complete a full drive in it due to a crash related to AI bus traffic, which I and many others can reliably recreate, and yet somehow it didn't come up in testing! They've admitted to a ton of bugs on their forums assuming you can read half the posts - most of them are in German. It's totally unplayable due to bugs and runs worse than OMSI 1. It also adds some interesting things like the city changing over time and adds the lines going into East Germany after the reunification. It adds some new bus lines on Spandau, expands the map, as well as adds two new busses - the bendy and the single decker. I played OMSI 1 quite a lot and enjoyed it, so I bought 2.
